No reasoning with hurricane season HURRICANE FRANCES Public Advisory Number 39A. Issued 2 PM EDT FRI SEP 03 2004 [National Hurricane Center (Atlantic)] I saw some old sailing friends on Wednesday night (I actually went sailing for the first time in two years) who had taken early retirement last year and moved to the Caribbean.
