What Happened to Osama bin Laden? Wanted Dead or Alive?
The 9/11 Report should be interesting. I never thought that Saddam Hussein was connected to Osama bin Laden. They both hate the U.S., but I don't know if there is anything common to them both apart from that.
We still need to get Osama by the way. He was supposed to be dead by Halloween 2001. What happened? Bush hasn't gotten his man yet.
I believe there will be a seat opening on the 9/11 Committee since Max Cleland is working on other responsibilities. Some citizens are writing their Senators to have Gary Hart appointed to the seat. Not a bad idea in my opinion. Gary Hart warned the Bush administration several times about the threat of terrorism, even meeting with Condoleeza Rice as late as September 5th.
No links between Hussein and al-Qaida. The next few days should be interesting. The 9/11 Commision report comes out tomorrow and amongst many other things it concludes there are no links between Saddam Hussein and al-Qaida (previous to us declaring war presumably).
