> TypePad.com blog authoring-hosting service from Six Apart getting ready to debut
Received an e-mail from a notification service I signed up for about the new blog authoring/publishing service about to be unveiled by Ben and Mena ("Movable Type") Trott's Six Apart company. The TypePad.com service sounds pretty cool, and screenshots are available now (May 21, 02003.

New York Times writer Amy Cortese wrote an excellent article, "Business Is Toying With a Web Tool," on how some businesses are beginning to look at wiki technology as an inexpensive and quick way of capturing corporate knowledge. The only thing missing, IMVHO, was a reference to my own article on wikis in the April 2003 issue of Searcher magazine.
