I've been intrigued with the TabletPC phenomenon, and it's really exciting to start to see these devices hit the streets. This ViewSonic ViewPad device puts together a nice form-factor and hardware configuration. With XP, 802.11b, touch-screen and built-in camera/microphone, you've got a pretty interesting communications and collaboration device.....I'd like to see more video cameras and higher-quality mic's built into laptops, too. The Sony Vaio is too small of a form factor.

CNet has this piece today on the forthcoming Sony CLIE PDA. This looks like a beauty of a device. What I like about it:
- Finally a PalmOS/Hardware config that compares with PocketPC
- Optional, integrated 802.11b networking
- Built-in micro video camera
- Very nice form factor
If only it had Flash Player 6......
