    X10 Bites the Dust!

Is it too soon to party?

§ - Brothers Sue Net Company, Win $4.3 Million - X10 didn't just annoy us endlessly with their sucky popups, but they're deadbeats too! Of course it sounds like the brothers created the popup technology used so they're not totally blameless either when it comes to the annoyance factor. Still, I'd say that X10 has always been at the forefront of abuse when using it.

§ - X10 Files for Chapter 11 - Sheesh! I didn't realize X10 was so local to me—in Kent, next town over—or I'd have been over picketing a long time ago! I always thought that their business model—annoying potential customers to death—was totally stupid. But oh, I'm forgetting that they were of that peculiar group who thought that online businesses function outside of the economics of the Real World.
