YOU WON'T SEE THIS ON COURT TV (I HOPE)

It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

That's a quote from Shakespeare's Macbeth and it pretty much sums up my day. I can't really go into any more detail because the matter is still In Litigation. But let me tell you. It is a volitile mix when you are dealing with a pro se party (an idiot who thinks he can represent himself) who also happens to be the town gadfly (the guy who's always in court suing someone or being sued and the world is against him and he's always right). I know it seems cryptic right now but maybe someday I'll be able to tell this bizzare tale (which no one, me included, would ever believe). Maybe I'll put it in my book. Then again, maybe if I write that book I'll have to start looking under my car before I start it. Hell, that's why I got that remote starter.

So what's the lesson here boys and girls? Well it's thousands of years old.

When you are going to court with your opponent, make an effort to settle with him on the way, or he may drag you before the judge and the judge hand you over to the officer and the officer have you thrown into prison. I tell you, you will not get out till you have paid the very last penny. --Luke 12:58-59.
