Ask Imam?

Here's question 8715 from Uruguay:

Is it allowed in islam to get ur wife BREAST IMPLANTS?
Breast implants is not permissible.

Now, would the answer be any different if the implants were filled with high explosives and shrapnel? I guess we'll have to wait for next week's questions.
