First, what has the CIA to do with the European welfare system? The CIA is America's agency for exporting revolution and war crimes.
Second, it is the usual capitalistic crap about welfare systems. The US only sees Europe as one of their conquered areas. We know the CIA is specialised in lies and cheating.
So let these corporate pawns keep their hands off Europe.
The Bush administration is spreading lies about their own social security. The Social Security Administration is actively engaged in scaring seniors.
Now the US is threatening Europe. For when the CIA issues a 'warning' you can consider this an actual threat of interference. Let them sort out their faulty intelligence and criminal activities (all along the line) first.
