Guardian: "'New grounds [for deportation and exclusion] will include fostering hatred, advocating violence to further a person's beliefs or justifying or validating such violence ... Let no-one be in any doubt. The rules of the game are changing' - Tony Blair yesterday.
Mr Blair said yesterday the new rules on deportation would be applied retrospectively and indicated that the numbers involved would be more than just a 'handful'."
If 'fostering hatred' and 'advocating violence' are the criteria then Blair himself should be on trial.
Are we all 'terror suspects' now?

Some time ago the Indymedia servers were illegally seized. So can we now expect Blair to be fair? No, we can't:
"Special anti-terror courts sitting in secret to determine how long suspects should be detained without charge are now under active consideration, it emerged yesterday."

Blair is emulating Big Brother and we know where that leads to.
"A lawsuit filed today against U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld reveals the gratuitous cruelty inflicted on a foreign student held without charges for more than two years as an 'enemy combatant' in a South Carolina naval brig, Human Rights Watch said."
"A US grand jury in Guam opened an investigation of controversial lobbyist Jack Abramoff more than two years ago, but President Bush removed the supervising federal prosecutor, and the probe ended soon after."

"The White House has failed to turn over any of the information requested by the 10 members of the disbanded Sept. 11 commission in their renewed, unofficial investigation into whether the government is doing enough to prevent terrorist attacks on American soil, commission members said."

While the Democrats are nowhere to be heard protesting the breakdown of civil rights by Bush, Cindy Sheehan is camping near the Bush ranch and demanding why her son had to die in Iraq.
The Real Voices should be heard and listened to.
