Only under the presidency of George W. Bush can a televangelist freely advocate murder.
MediaMatters: "Pat Robertson, host of Christian Broadcasting Network's The 700 Club and founder of the Christian Coalition of America, called for the assassination of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez."
Here is more on Robertson.
Incitement to murder is obviously not a reason to arrest someone in the US of A. Robertson is a terrorist and certainly not a Christian.

The Borowitz Report has this hilarious comment: "One day after Pat Robertson called for the U.S. to assassinate Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, the televangelist raised the ante again today, urging the U.S. to covet President Chavez' wife.
In so doing, Mr. Robertson appeared to contradict two of The Ten Commandments in as many days, having flouted 'Thou shat not kill' on Monday."

Daily Kos has the facts and stats about Bush, plus videos with the first signs of an outright revolution against Bush.
"Those who take a stand ... who stand up to deceit by our government. Those are true patriots. You are true patriots, Anderson [Salt Lake City Mayor] said."
SocialistWorker: "Bush came to give a speech in Salt Lake City, Utah, on Monday of this week. Over 2,000 people protested against him. That's significant because Utah is a very pro-Bush place. The mayor of the city helped organise the protest."

How far the militarization of America has progressed can be seen from what happened in Salt Lake City.
LewRockwell: "Police used both tear gas and tasers to subdue the protestors, and one 68-year-old woman was even bitten by a police dog - she was also arrested. In Salt Lake City, a crowd of 1,500 was tear gassed from helicopters."
Watch the video.
DailyHerald: "The party pounded along until 11:30 p.m., when more than 90 law enforcement officers - SWAT team members from Utah County, Provo and the Utah Department of Public Safety - shut it down."

Guardian: "Poor countries are free to do what rich countries tell them. The cost is huge. Christian Aid estimates that Africa has lost $272bn in the past 20 years from being forced to promote trade liberalisation as the price for receiving World Bank loans and debt relief. The draft outcome of the millennium summit says nothing about abolishing these conditions and contains little to address Africa's poverty.
The G8 agreed to increase aid from rich countries by $48bn a year by 2010. When Tony Blair announced this to parliament, he said that 'in addition ... we agreed to cancel 100% of the multilateral debts' of the most indebted countries. He also stated that aid would come with no conditions attached. These were big claims, all of which can now be shown to be false."
