Presently, they are in need of a Medical Care Consultant for a position in Raritan, NJ with the following requirements: Major Duties/Responsibilities: Handle medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers and the OMP field sales force in accordance with prepared medical information responses and specified guidelines. Contacts are received by phone, e-mail, fax and the Siebel CCMS system. Determine appropriate prepared responses and deliver in an accurate and timely fashion to meet department goals and standards. Responsible for receiving and documenting adverse event and product quality complaint reports and related inquires to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policy. Classify and document 100% of contact in the Customer Contact Management System (CCMS) to accurately reflect content of contact and to generate appropriate response materials. Meet or exceed established service level metrics including, but not limited to, average call length, occupancy, productivity, schedule adherence consistency and accuracy of verbal response and off-line activities. Job Requirements: Familiarity with telephone ACD and computer integration working knowledge of telecommunications and personal computers -Demonstrated knowledge and experience in OMP and/or pharmaceutical, medical, or health care industry -Computer literacy and proficient keyboard skills -Call center experience, preferred You MUST meet all of the above qualifications in order to be considered for this position.
