What is Santa Fe Style? A similar photo appeared in the coffee table book "Santa Fe Style". What is Santa Fe style? It is a mixture of many things. Many of these elements are relatively new actually. The Santa Fe building code that created the look of this city hails from the Seventies. Elements of what people consider Santa Fe style come from Spain, Mexico, Morocco, Afghanistan, Turkey, even Russia and Japan...It is a mixture, just like Nouveau Flamenco....

Disappointed? Music: Plug - Drum'n'Bass for Papa Mood: angry
I participated in the event this past weekend and saw you play live for the first time. Your sound is fantastic, however I was very disapointed at your very cold disposition to a breast cancer fundraising event and to the crowd. You never once expressed your emotion and feelings to participate in this fundraiser. Having been there for most of the 24hr event your act was the only one that did not acknowledge the crowd or the spirit of the event. Very disappointing! - Fredrik 2/23/04; 9:18:54 AM Well, I was disappointed as well. I had been lied to - only after we signed the contract did we find out that instead of the usual seats there would be 1,000 bikes and all of the noise that goes along with that. The event had been represented to us as a regular benefit show. There were constant surprises, like the fact that the organizer would be riding a bike on stage while we were performing, or like this: we were told and received a confirmation that we would have the same flight home and instead we were booked on two flights and it took some of us 15 hours to get home from Toronto. I can tell you right now I will never do a show like that again. Right now I would be very surprised if I ever returned to Toronto again, period. How dare you write that! You have no idea what I have been through the past three days. This is what I told the organizer a couple of days ago: "You are doing a great thing with this benefit and I commend you for that, but I will never play here again, because you or your promoter misrepresented this event to my agent. This is not what I was asked to do. There is no way out for me. If I cancel I look like somebody who does not support the fight against breast cancer although this is not the first breast cancer benefit I have done..."And what rubbish is this: "You never once expressed your emotion and feelings to participate in this fundraiser." I played guitar, didn't I. Were you listening? I am a guitar player and not an orator. Did any emotions come through to you? Did you listen? Any feeling at all? I have friends who have had breast cancer. Why am I wasting my time writing you back?
