Palmas
Yesterday I recorded palmas, the rhythmic clapping used in Flamenco music. Even doing palmas for only an hour messes up my hands enough so that I can't play guitar very well for the rest of the day. Instead of a bright clapping sound, I try to keep it a little darker sounding in order not to interfere with the frequency range of the guitar, just sharp enough to be clearly heard.
