I actually don't see a problem, personally, with covering/sampling if it's not used for any monetary gain, which means it can't be live, or on an album...and there's not much you can do besides that, that's big. If you can find a music file of it, or a commercially available CD, please alert me. Although there isn't a lot of hope in those cases. About 6 years ago a fan alerted me to the fact that a lot of my music was being used in a particular porno movie. We alerted Sony Publishing and my attorney tried to get a suit going.... Unfortunately a lot of porno producers create companies that only exist for a few months and then they are gone...no forwarding address, no nothing...very underground and needless to say highly illegal. 7:29:07 PM    comment [];
