Summer has begun
Father's day marked the end of my favorite season, Spring. Summer is my second favorite, though, so I am not complaining. Last night Steve Junior called and we had a very nice conversation. Hopefully we will see Steve and meet his girlfriend Lucy on our upcoming vacation. We have not yet met Lucy. Steve and her are living together. She has three kids and from what I hear, she is a very nice person!
I was out in the hot tub when Steve called and I didn't close the door all the way when I came in. The tom kittens got out. They were outside for awhile and now they have tasted the out doors. I still feel very bad about that.
Last night the dinner Fran and Sue made was great. We enjoyed a great bottle of Sanford Pinot Noir. A week from today I start my new position. I received several very nice shirts as gifts and they should come in very handy for my new job!
