Halley has an interesting article about what Home is. It made me look around and feel comfortable with the way that my place has slowly transformed into home. My mom's house is still Home too...I can arrive there and be happy and asleep within 5 minutes it's so comfortable to me. I have lived at multiple places (mostly with roommates) where it never felt like Home to me because it wasn't a place I could throw my keys down by the door and walk around in my underwear. One thing I've struggled with on my own is being comfortable with having other people come INTO my home. It's like it's mine and I love and I don't want it disturbed or judged by others. I think that some cleaning and organizing could help me feel more comfortable with that. Until then though, I'm perfectly happy that everything is mine and I can keep/change/remove it at will. :)

I finally watched all of Amelie and loved it. Yes, I know I'm behind the times. I'm feeling a little better from lying down for 2 hours. :)

This might be the flu. Poor Tisha has it even worse...she's pregnant and aching all over.

I thought I was feeling better so I took a trip to Target...and now I feel even worse. On a good note, I did get my shopping done for Saturday's wedding (normally I would've waited until Saturday). I also got some more medicine. I think Chris is going to bring me by LOTR 3 and maybe something else, so I can just veg out this afternoon and try to relax. *cough, cough*

A lazy day at home to try to get over this cold is soooo what I needed. Yesterday I had some work and things to do...but I have NOTHING that I have to do today. It's an amazing feeling. I don'tt hink I've had one of these since last summer or something.
