Good morning, world! It's Thursday. That's right, we're past mid-week and getting closer to my 3-day weekend. Woohoo!
My legs are feeling quite sore from being reintroduced to the gym. I'm not complaining; it's good to know I'm doing something worthwhile that's challenging my aging body! BTW, I took my ipod with me to the gym yesterday for the first time: LOVE IT! I didn't even have a pocket and it still clipped securely on the waist of my workout pants. I really enjoyed it. Now I just need to get the radio-thing so I can play it from the car and take the loads of cd's out of my car....less clutter!
Okay, there's work to be done.
