I just finished my first guitar practice on my own and I'm getting pretty good at Ode to Joy.  My arm is sore though...gotta build those muscles. Off to read! Comments10:04:05 PM

I'm feeling surprisingly refreshed today even though I was low on the sleep counter.  I already missed my first day of practicing guitar!  I will today though.  I will. I got the inside of my desk cleaned out yesterday. It was funny to see some paperwork and such that was 3-4 years old.  A lot of it got thrown out, some is going home with me and I left some things there for the company records.  I don't think I'll clear too much more until next week.  A coworker did call in sick today, so it'll be a little busier than it should, but so far it's been nice. I'm heading out to lunch with my three favorite developers today.  They've been much like brothers to me for the past 3.75 years, so we wanted to have a little time to talk about olden days and tell them more about where I'm going and all of that stuff. It should be a nice time.  I've already planted the seed that I have funny stories... Two days from now I'll be on my way to Vegas.  Show me the money!  Comments9:37:46 AM

Drinking and people combined cause funny interactions.  I decided to volunteer tonight...so I went to the children's home and we had a nice time.  I hung out mostly with this 4th grade girl who was a little rough around the edges, but wanted someone to hang out and color with her.  I like that mix of a love of innocence, but wanting to be more grown up than that. Afterwards, the adults went to hang out.  I agreed to go for one beer and stayed for one too many.  Got to see lots of funny hooking up action.  Do I keep it quiet?  So hard when it's so funny.  I did get to make this fun call of "so, I just wanted to say i enjoyed watching you trying to go for two kisses and getting the turn-down.  it might have been sad for you, but it brought me and (other friend) lots of laughs."  heh.  Oh, and someone said a guy was tight-lipped and I was able to say "yeah, i made out with him once, i'd agree."  RUDE.  heh.
