I'm having to call and tell clients that I'm leaving today....not all 50, but the top 20 or so that I have a really close relationship with. It's very sad. I've worked with quite a few of these for years...lots of well wishes, but still weird. Of course we wouldn't keep in touch so it's just a lot of closed doors.

I took Advil and Aleve. People recommend different things. This covers all my bases.

So, last night i was kind of jogging from the car to a building and Scott was kicking at me from behind, so I turned to block him and lost my balance...and hit the ground HARD on my knees. I can seriously barely walk today. And my hand is all beat-up....but that's not as big of a deal as the knee pain. Oddly, with all of my falling, this may be the most painful in ten years or so (since I got a really bad sprain). I've never fallen on my knees before...
