I've been playing around with Zack Rosen & Co.'s CivicSpaceLabs organizational toolset based on the Dropal open source platform for a future project, and TriadBlogs.com is obviously based on that excellent platform as well.  So is Future Philly that Cone referred to a couple of days ago.
