Brain Drain Keith Campbell writes a blog focusing on packaging and also works with our sister publication, Packaging World. His latest posting points to a fact that seems to run counter to prevailing wisdom about the loss of expertise and knowledge in manufacturing. Prevailing wisdom holds that retirement will cause the loss. I've seen a lot of "forced retirement" and now Keith also has seen that phenomenon.
