My wife was gone a few days, and I brought in the mail. Of course, she gets most of the mail--catalogs. One caught my eye that I hadn't seen before--not because of the content but because it had a tag line that fit perfectly with a great little book called "Made to Stick." I'm now appalled to discover that I didn't write a review after I read it. Anyway, in part of the book about why ideas stick, the authors discuss writing a description in one short, simple sentence that's memorable. Now, don't laugh at me about the contents of the catalog, but get this--the company is "Bra Smyth" and the tag line is "We'll never let you down." It's great.
