The Outsourcerer's Apprentice In today's acceptance speech as Prime Minister of the new interim Iraqi government, Iyad Allawi named security and unemployment as the top two problems facing his administration. Security is clearly a challenge, but there's a simple solution to the unemployment problem: Just take all those American jobs that have been outsourced to Bangalore, and outsource them to even lower-wage workers in Baghdad. 11:33:35 PM
