Syndication [posted by Troy] Kim forwarded me this story about RSS from Adweek. It says that most blog readers do not know of RSS. So, you are reading a blog. Do you use RSS? "When and Where" uses RSS. I read over 100 sites (blogs and new sites) using RSS in Bloglines. This site is an aggregator. So, in English, you take an RSS feed (like this one from this blog or this one from the BBC) and past this link into the Bloglines reader. It will then automatically pull the content from blogs into the screen for you to read. Thus, you have one stop reading for as many blogs as you'd like to enter. No typing, no clicking.

No Internet [posted by Troy] We have not had Internet service for the last three days. I had a call in to ComCast for Saturday, so that we can get our modem, etc checked out. Now, the Internet has decided to work, and if the ComCast guy shows up and everything works, we get charged $50. About every 10 days or so, our connection decides to not work. Just when I get a service call made, it works again. If I continually put in a service call, cancel it, and then make a new one, we would never lose our connection.
