Over Priced Housing Markets Chicago is 29th [posted by Troy] I know several people who either have just purchased or are looking to buy a home. This article from CNN Money discusses the "housing bubble" in the US. Actually, it states that there isn't really much of a bubble in many places. Chicago is ranked 29th most over priced area on the list of top 50 over priced markets. That's not too bad when you consider the concentrated population, growing economy, and limited land in Cook County.
