PA: Religious displays bill to be unveiled State Sen. Andrew Dinniman, D-19th, of West Whiteland, announced plans Wednesday to introduce legislation next week aimed at homeowners’ associations, statewide.  It would regulate how homeowners’ associations and builders deal with religious displays in front of homes in the developments they manage and require certain disclosures prior to sale. 10:52:11 AM
