Homework My car officially has new tires.  What a difference that makes!  Who would have known that the bumpy ride I have endured the last few months was because of my Accord's need for new tires.  I am now, officially, $351.99 lighter in my wallet, though.  Ouch.  I am trying to get some work done, but our email system is currently down.  That makes getting some work done a bit on the difficult side.  12:30:19 PM    comment []  trackback []

Of Tires and Working from Home I am working from home today while I await the installation of new tires on my car.  It became a very wise decision for me to do so, considering that my old tires--which have been on the car since it was purchased--were starting to look balder than I am.  So, I am awaiting the call from the service center, informing me of the availability of my car.  At that point, I will also get to feel $350 lighter in my wallet.  A friend of mine called, and he has persuaded me to take in the afternoon baseball game.  Seems to make sense, since I am working from home at this point, and by the time I get my car who knows what time it will be before I get to the office.  10:46:26 AM    comment []  trackback []
