It's been quite a few days - as it always is during the third week of the Month. Last night I chaired the monthly Government Hill Community Council meeting. Man - was that a job. It was the last meeting before our summer hiatus, we had a number of very important issues on the agenda, and we had a large - and typically diverse - crowd. I just didn't realize what I volunteered for when I signed up to chair the last meeting. Gads...But I think I did o.k. We made it through the agenda and we didn't kill each other so I think it was success!
Tonight Peter and I hosted the Concert Associates end of year party. We had a great time. Good turn out. Lots of good food. And the party was over by 8:30 PM so I can now go to bed! I'm an exhausted pup!
