Have you ever said "I didn't even know eBay had a developer program?" Well then, why don't you visit Jeffrey McManus' weblog. He's a developer evangelist over at eBay and doing some real interesting stuff.

Have you ever driven three hours just to have dinner? Tonight Maryam and I drove Maryam's friend Shadi to Vancouver for dinner.

Why?

Well, some of my readers told me about an Iranian restaurant called the Pink Elephant in North Vancouver and they said we should try it. My readers rock. They were right. We had the best Iranian meal outside of Maryam's mom's home cooking.

Anyone want to get together for a geek lunch tomorrow in Vancouver? Sorry for the late notice, but we did this totally on spur of the moment.

Last year when I was talking about the benefits of attending conferences I said that you just might bump into Bill Gates or other VIPs and start a conversation. Some people thought I was nuts. Well, John Lawrence points to a picture of Bill Gates walking the floor last week at the VSLive conference. Nice to see that it still happens.
