Holy cow! I was checking out my server log and decided to see what happened when the top of the hour rolled around. 11pm just hit and about 100 requests came in for my syndicated news feed.
That means folks are keeping their Radio's on. This is awesome in so many ways.

It must've been around 1:30am and my producer was flipping out, that's his job after all, to produce the interviews right? He's pretty much in his 'don't you know who we are" vibe, when there's a knock at the door, I open it and Ron Wood and Keith Richards stumble into the room. Apparently they'd been doing all kinds of cool stuff, but not many interviews, because they thought they were crashing some cool paty. Fancy that. Keith and Woody thinking I had some party happening worthwhile attending!
This is part of my MTV Chronicle about the Rolling Stones. Endemol Wins Suit Against SBT. (TVinsite, (12/1/2002 04:30)) The slate of reality programs and game shows on Brazil[approx equal]s SBT have done more than multiply its viewing audience; they[approx equal]ve also multiplied the channel[approx equal]s legal problems. First ECM sued the network, claiming that Show do milhao, hosted by SBT Owner Silvio Santos, was a vulgar copy of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. [Media nieuws]

My Radio8 Essay made DayPop.
What I like most about DP is you can immediately see who's been linking to you. DP calls it 'citations'.
Some responses to the citations..
Duncan and I appear to have similar wiring.
Steve, welcome to the radio-crowd!
Another citation is from John Robb and my own linkage from www.curry.com is also listed. (I love smoking my own dope :)

No doubt we all remember this wonderful photo of three firemen hoisting the stars and stripes at ground zero.
Makes total sense to turn that moment, captured on film (or was it 3.3 megapixels?) into a statue.
Trouble is the statue needs to represent so much more than the firemen and their flag raising alone. Especially since the subjects in the picture are white and male.

I think I'm going to take the next step in the radio program talks. Funny thing, weblogging has completely charged me for it.
