VoiceStream: New messaging service
The company launches a service that lets customers send text messages to cell phones supported by rival companies. Probablement sur la plateforme de (routeurs) Nokia, en tout cas Voicestream était le premier carrier avec du GSM au USA, je ne suis pas surpris de voir cette innovation (qui devrait avoir eu lieu depuis 3 ans, mais nous sommes au royaume des dinausores, peut-être pas en age mais en difficulté de mouvement). Ici (Canada), pas vraiment mieux. Microcell Fido innove avec un petit "i" (dont GPRS par contre), Bell pour le corpo (réseau stable mais service mononcle) Rogers AT&T placarde partout mais réseau instable et moche et Telus qui tente tant bien que mal de s'organiser... voilà, insta-pundit wireless du vendredi...
