Drivel:  This takes the cake in Yahoo!'s pursuit of revenue.  If Yahoo! is so easy to use, why do people need phone support?

Yahoo tests fees for phone help. update The struggling online media company is testing a plan to charge customers $1.99 a minute for phone support, starting with customers who use its free e-mail service. [CNET News.com]  11:10:59 PM   comments ()

Workout:  I had another great workout today.  I had a chance to get out and enjoy the 70 degree weather here in Boston by taking a 8 mile bike ride this afternoon.  I'm going to start posting my workouts here as images here because GymAmerica doesn't let me cut and paste or link to the workouts I've done very easily.  I've just started working out again this week after a month off, so keep that in mind when you take a look at the target vs. actual columns.  10:51:44 PM   comments ()

Drivel:  It is funny how the storage vendors are lagging farther and farther behind in terms of supporting Microsoft's products.  They are extremely quick to support Linux and Unix variants. especially as new releases become available for these OS's.  This isnt' the case for Windows.  Interesting.  Could Microsoft's normal desktop politics be hampering them on the server side of the house?

Drivel:  I have notices that the majority of my referers come from Google about my HP ZT1180.  The HP ZT1180 is the latest in HP's line of consumer, desktop replacement notebook computers.  It is a screamin' machine.  It has a PIII-M 1.2GHz processor, 512MB RAM (SDRAM at 133MHz), a 40GB hard drive, a DVD and CD-RW, and a 15 inch display (1400x1050).  I have created a category that you can access via the links to the left about my ZT1180.  4:53:32 PM   comments ()
