Workout: Had a great workout this morning. I really beat myself up earlier this week. Getting through 30 minutes on the stationary recumbent bike was more of a challenge than it normally was. Today was back and biceps day. This is one of my most neglected workouts because it falls at the end of the week. I have a tendency to blow this one off more than any other one. I am going to get a workout in over the weekend and hit it hard again at the beginning of next week. Hopefully I will be able to get a few more workouts in next week now that my body is getting used to the activity level. 11:09:40 AM
