I got bored waiting for the Whittier-Portage tunnel to open the other day, so during the wait, I stacked a bunch of filters together, and took a picture. Ironically, the filter that could have improved this picture, a polarizing filter, was in the stack, not on the camera. 10:43:20 PM

Sukkot, the Jewish Feast of Tabernacles/Booths, celebrates the autumn harvest; a similarity to the Thanksgiving holiday observed in the United States which is not coincidental. Prior to making their way to the New World, the Pilgrims, themselves the victims of religious persecution, spent several years among Sephardic Jews in Holland.
