A Law To Protect Spyware
Sen. Fritz Hollings is pushing a bill that supposedly safeguards online privacy -- but actually gives intrusive marketers a green light. [Salon.com]
What is it with Fritz "Hollywood" Hollings? I know he gets lots of money from the entertainment industry...but now he seems to want to hand over our privacy rights. This is a wolf in sheeps clothing, named for something that it would in fact destroy. THis law would make spyware legal, and further destroying our right to privacy....mj
