I have been defeated by the annoying structure and limitations of Filemaker's scripting. Gaaaah!
Nearly 40 hours into the marathon and I still haven't solved the aggravating problem I've been wrestling with. I'm so tired my eyelashes ache. And in a new symptom, I have swollen legs from sitting too damned much. Isn't this fun!
I SO wanted to have this thing done by today. Not gonna happen. If I can't solve it tomorrow I'm going to pay somebody to do it for me. The learning payback on this one isn't worth it. And at this point I'm so beat that I'm thrashing over the same barren ground over and over.
The hell with this. Time for another career change: I think I should be a jeweler.
