For the life of me, I can't understand why my high school agreed to let me "do exercises" all by myself in a gym with a bunch of geeks taking a self-defense course from the ever-studly JG. At least I thought better of the fake love-letter ploy!

In the meantime, I was getting hate mail in my locker. Of course, I thought of confiding in Mr. K. Well, wouldn't that be grist for his mill!
