2003 Denver Mayoral Election High ethical standards was ranked as the most important quaility for a mayoral candidate according the Rocky Mountain News. The Rocky says, "A focused multitasker who speaks her mind - she might just blurt out something because it makes sense to her at that moment - Schlosser made a career out of seeing potential in buildings bound for the wrecking ball." She says, in the interview, "But it's good management sometimes hiring the people that are actually running the departments rather than putting a political person in those departments."
