After the completion of a fleet-wide "recall" and repairs on cracked fuel lines the Space Shuttle Atlantis has lifted off on a mission to install a portion of the International Space Station.

Astronomers from Caltech University in Southern California have announced that they have used the Hubble Space Telescope to find an object about half the size of Pluto making it the largest object found since the discovery of Pluto. The previous recordholder was Varuna, which was 40% the size of Pluto. The object is 6.5 billion kilometers from the sun and has been dubbed Quaoar by the astronomers.

Many people say if they find any objects as big or bigger than Pluto, Pluto would likely lose its planet status.
