Having worked with private Israeli citizens to propose a peace plan for Israel and the Palestinians I await the Swiss government’s work with Bono on how Britain should handle the Northern Ireland question, their work with Roberto Alomar on the future of Puerto Rico as an American territory, and their conference with Celine Dion on whether or not Quebec should remain part of Canada.

Or they could deal with elected governments.

Designtechnica has a rather negative review of the ATI 9600 All-In-Wonder Pro video card. They are concerned about it’s software, a limit of being able to handle only 125 channels of analog cable, a problematic remote control and difficult to use radio feature.

Firingsquad has a more postive review.

X-bit Labs reports that sources inside Intel are stating that the Pentium 4 with SSE3 ("Prescott") CPU family will ship on February 2nd, 2004 with speeds of 2.8 to 3.4 GHz ranging in price from $178 to $417 US. A $999 Intel Pentium 4 Extreme Edition at 3.40GHz will also ship. This much greater price indicates that the huge 2 MB cache of the Pentium 4 Extreme Edition beats support for the improved SSE3 instruction set.
