The Jerusalem Post reports that Israeli software security firm Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. said Tuesday it signed an agreement to acquire Zone Labs, a California-based creator of endpoint security solutions, in a cash and stock deal worth $205 million.

Zone Labs makes the widely used ZoneAlarm personal software firewall that protects many personal computers including the one it’s blogging on now.
