Chavez Raises Idea Of U.S. Role in Coup [washingtonpost.com]. Elements coming to light: 1) Radar reports of foreign military ship, aircraft, and helicopter in/over Venezuelan waters during the coup. 2) A foreign sharpshooter warned a Venezuelan embassy of his team's mission to help oust Chavez. 3) Four foreign sharpshooters arrested before the coup -- gunners who were murdering Chavez supporters, who were released and disappeared while the coup leaders were in power.
