Dennis Kennedy has some great productivity tips on how to handle E-mail. I like his idea of a folder that is labelled something like "action items." That is, a place that you can move emails relating to things that need to be done, but not right away. I recently started aggresively managing E-mail in my inbox, and it has made a world of difference. I wish I had read Dennis's article a couple of years ago.
The key is to keep as few emails in your inbox as possible. If you can do that then you are in good shape.

Three different people have reported this problem of their wireless network not working so good (i.e. losing the signal after about 20 seconds) after they had supposedly disenabled WEP. In each case either an 802.11g access point or laptop card was involved, so perhaps that is the culprit. Also, all three involved a Linksys access point (two were G and one was a B WAP). The problem is that once you turn on WEP, you can't easily turn it off. You have to reset the default settings from the setup page. This is a quick and dirty post for the benefit of blogdom. I'll clean it up later.
