Napster-like software to combat spam If a report from the BBC is correct, we could very soon see a peer-based anti-spam service capable of immediately identifying and propagating kill lists of offenders worldwide. Basically, subscribers can post a piece of spam to the network, which will automagically find its way into all other subscribers' black hole files. The company behind this idea, CloudMark, is not yet in existence, but they're accepting money. I for one am willing to pony up a buck or two for the cause. ;-)
