The Internet is for Everyone
From the department of interesting reading comes this tidbit. Internet architect Vint Cerf has been busy, forming a new RFC (non-technical) on opening the Internet to everyone on this planet and beyond. Numbered 3271, Vint's RFC is written on behalf of the Internet Society. And it makes an excellent plea to governments, corporations, and individuals to help move the Internet into the hands of all members of the society we call planet earth, pretty lofty goals for sure.
