Don't forgot to enter the "Westchester Lagoon Ice Classic."
A most unique Bridal Shower today:
The "shower" was held three months after the wedding.
The "bride" wanted no gifts.
The "shower" was a cooking class at Gisene's! What a deal! Now, if only all bridal showers were like this.
Marcia Bandy, a long time friend, was the not-so-newlywed. Pics will be posted in a few days. I'd like to figure out how to do a slide show in Radio. I may be attempting the impossible. We'll see.

I purchased a pair of these today. They were pricey, but at least they had some style. See note below:
Note to atheletic shoe companies: Why must almost all of your womens' running shoes be demurely white, baby blue, or pink? Gads, some of us "gURLs" like something with a little more zip and style. You companies are really missing the boat!

The Ski Boy conned (an appropriate term given the movie's subject matter) me into David Mamet's "House of Games." Quite the little movie - Mamet dialogue is so weird and flat out over the top. However, twisty turny fun plot. The moral - don't mess with women.
