This morning, the Ski Boy and Alix dragged me off to the Saturday Market - a sort of sooped up flea market with an Alaska theme. I am not a huge fan - after all, how much kitsch can one person be subjected to and survive? However, the Market has several excellent vegetable stands - we picked up a big batch of small, sweet organic carrots. O.K. I supposed I have to come clean. I found the most fantastic walrus ivory belt buckle that looks just smashing. And a black leather belt to go with it. And a much sought after tasteful "Alaska Girls Kick Ass" t-shirt. And another very nice t-shirt with a moose wearing ear muffs. And a sticker or two... I am sure these Twinkies are not organic. BTW, I used the 2 megapixel camera in my new NZ90 Clie to take this picture. Not bad at all. 10:17:44 PM    comment []
