A Cold Windy Night Well, our feeble stab at "Breakup", just got derailed back into winter. It's 15 degrees and the wind is howling. We've got gusts up to 50 mph. Total brrrr... The real bummer is that the wind has glazed over the side streets - our cul de sac is a skating rink. Poor Clemmie - her arthritic left knee does very poorly on ice. She slipped several times today and even did a "Bambi" where all four legs splayed out and she landed on her tummy. At her advanced age of 11 1/2, ice is just not a good thing. 10:29:15 PM    comment []
