I got the best IM greeting ever tonight: Phil IM'd me with:
Hey Coworker
Phil's first day at GCI is November 29th!
This just goes to show what a small town Alaska is and what a small world the blogosphere is. Phil and I became buddies via blogging. We've only actually seen each other maybe three times - the 3rd time of which was last week in the elevator at GCI when I bumped into him the day he interviewed.

Tonight was my monthly Thursday-meetings-up-to-wazoo-night. After a crammed meeting day at work, I attended the monthly Concert Association board meeting from 5:00 PM to 6:20 PM, zoomed across the street to Humpy's, had a quick ceasar salad and beer, and then zoomed up to Government Hill where I chaired the monthly Community Council meeting. I didn't get home until 9:30 PM.
So, now I'm in recovery mode. Grand Marnier, The Verve's "Urban Hymns" on the Soundblaster, Blogging, IM'ing, and e-mail.
Clem says, "Enough already. It's bedtime. Damn It".
