Tyge's older sister, Willomena had three puppies two weeks ago!
Tyge is very excited by Unclehood. He thinks that it is an awesome responsibility. He's already picking out gifts for his two nephews and one niece.
Weenie Beanie (Willomena's nickname) is a minature version of Tyge - a dead ringer for the big guy, except that she weighs fifty pounds instead of one hundred pounds. But even with that small stature, she runs a very tight ship. A few months ago Tyge was overnighting with Judy and the Gang. He decided to hoard a few toys - he picked out three different stuffed animals, gathered them into a little pile and then plopped down on top of them. Whenever any of the other dogs would come to get one of his toys to play with, Tyge would threaten them with a very menacing growl. Well, he did that once with Weenie Beanie and she backed off. But she went up to him again and when he growled at her, she reached over and bit him smartly on the nose. He yelped in surprise and from that point forward was very generous in sharing his toys with everyone.
She's definitely a big sister.
